Vera Joan Hackett, 82, died Thursday, June 26, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following a
brief illness. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 12, at the United Methodist Church, Anamosa, where a visitation luncheon will start at noon. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Anamosa. The Rev. Laurie Riley will officiate at the services. Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa, is assisting the family.
