Velma Irene Cook, 91, of Manchester, passed away Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at Strawberry Point Lutheran Home.
Survivors include one son, Richard (Pat) Cook of Manchester; one daughter, Patricia (Scott) Knutson of Elk Point, S.D.; one daughter-in-law, Cathy Cook of Manchester; five grandchildren, Theresa Cook, Angela Cook, Chris (Nancy) Cook, Coreen (Nate) Nading and Matthew Hauschild; four great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Lloyd (Charlotte) Cook of Schertz, Texas; and one sister-in-law, Naomi Cook of Eugene, Ore.

Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, with the Rev. Phil Rogers officiating. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends also may call one hour before the service at the funeral home on Monday. Interment: Thorpe Cemetery, Manchester.
