VELMA BRADY Cedar Rapids Velma Rose Brady, 78, of El Mirage, Ariz., and formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, Aug. 17, 2015, at Hospice of the Valley, Surprise, Ariz. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Glendale Nazarene Church, Glendale, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Iowa Paralyzed Veterans of America. Velma is survived by her husband, William; her children, Mike, Kim and Kelley; five grandsons; and six great-grandchildren.
