VanCleave, Robert (Bob) E. 'Coach'
Robert (Bob) E. “Coach” VanCleave, 82, of Middle Amana, Iowa, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013. Memorial Service: 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Montezuma at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established.
Robert is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carol; his daughters, Cindy Doyle, Julie (John) Griess and Amy (Dan) Wilson; three grandchildren, Heather (Jeff) Isackson, Connor Griess and Haley Wilson; and two great-grandchildren, Parker Bell and Maggie.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Essence of Life Hospice and the University of Iowa Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
