Van Zee, Vivian L.
Vivian L. Van Zee, 3, of 2468 Westwind Lane, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, at St. Luke's Hospital after a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at New Covenant Bible Church. Pastor Tye Male will officiate. Private family burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and at the church after 10 a.m. Monday.
Survivors include her parents, Ken and Keri; two brothers, Jaret and Isaac, both at home; grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Van Zee of Cedar Rapids and Lawrence and Betty Wendling of Gillette, Wyo.; and a great-grandmother, Charlotte Wendling of Venice, Fla. She is also survived by 10 aunts and uncles and nine cousins.
She was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother, Donna Wendling.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
Vivian loved Jaret who took special care of her and loved Isaac who made her laugh. True to her name, she was full of life and loved to play outside and in the water.
