V. Norleen Babcock, 86, of Iowa City, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from complications of a hemorrhagic stroke. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lensing Funeral Service in Iowa City. Burial will be in the Mount Ararat Cemetery in Centerville.
Memorial donations may be directed to St. Wenceslaus Church.
Survivors include her children, Karen Robertson (Doug) of Iowa City, Anne Schneider (Jim) of Tipton and John Babcock of Iowa City; a brother, Donald Sanders of Carmichael, Calif.; four grandchildren, Jared Babcock (Marcia Knepp), Andrew Robertson (Amanda), Tyler Robertson (Bailea Prosser) and Nicole Babcock; and one great-grandson, Michael Robertson.
Her husband and parents died before her.
