Truesdell, Betty Krabacher
Betty Krabacher Truesdell, 86, of Cedar Rapids, died at home Thursday, May 23, 2013. Memorial Services: 10 a.m. Sunday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories, by the Rev. James Condit. A visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include her children, Joy Harrington of Iowa City, Joe Krabacher of Aspen, Colo., Bonnie Coultas of Tyler, Texas and Jeff Krabacher of Cedar Rapids; grandsons, Rigel Harrington, Bruce and Allen Coultas; great-grandson, Logan Harrington; and sister, Lee Miller of Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bernard Krabacher; second husband, Donald Truesdell; and sister, Aletha Triola.
Betty was born Dec. 8, 1926, in Allison, to John and Eva Van Houten. She was employed as an accountant for Hy-Vee Grocery Stores for many years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
