Troy Charles Marvin, 31, of Cedar Rapids, passed away suddenly in a car accident on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service, Belle Plaine, with Russ Spading officiating. Burial will take place at Maple Hill Cemetery, Montour. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, at the funeral home and will continue one hour prior to the service.
