Trimpe, Mildred Dorothea
Mildred Dorothea Trimpe died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Highland Ridge Care Center, Williamsburg, at the age of 87 years and 11 months.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Paul of Williamsburg; three children, Allen (Carol) Trimpe of Shawnee, Kan., Sharon (Warren) Pillard of Keokuk and Shirley (the Rev. Thomas) Brazinsky of Baroda, Mich.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, LaVerne (Earlene) Jahlas of Victor; and two sisters, Marie Trimpe (her twin) of Williamsburg and Esther (Vernon) Sandersfeld of Homestead.
She was preceded by her parents and three brothers, Harold Jahlas, Raymond Jahlas and William H Jahlas.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Williamsburg. The Rev. Carl Cloeter will officiate. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Williamsburg. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
A memorial fund has been established for St. Paul Lutheran Church.
