Trimble, Judith Ann Claypool
Judith Ann Claypool Trimble, 47, of 310 Fifth Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, died at her home Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010 following a long illness. Pastor Joe Kane will hold a memorial service at Teahen Funeral Home on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Friends may visit Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
Judith is survived by her parents, Ronald and Mary Claypool of Montuzma; two sisters, Renita (Ray) Shannon of Cedar Rapids, and Colleen Claypool (Terry Graveman) of Newhall; brother, Terry Claypool of Newhall; seven children, Damien Claypool (Emily Golden), Travis Murphy of Cedar Rapids, Charles Murphy of Cedar Falls, Shane Murphy and Kelsey Murphy of Cedar Rapids, Timothy Snyder of Danville, and Noah Claypool of Vinton; stepson, Dylan Trimble; step-granddaughter, Darah Trimble of Independence; one niece; and two nephews. Judith was also awaiting the arrival of her first granddaughter.
Judith was born May 23, 1962, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Ronald and Mary Elsner Claypool. She married the love of her life David Trimble on April 4, 2008. David passed away on July 4, 2008.
Judith was a very caring and loving person who loved to talk and never met a stranger.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
