Trent Ross, 53, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his sons, Nick (Christina) of Center Point and AJ (Michelle) of Urbana; mother, Joy Ross of Cedar Rapids; siblings, Jim Ross and Roni (John) Ilten, both of Cedar Rapids; and his grandsons, Cooper, Logan, Chace and Colton.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father, Ronald Ross.
Trent Allen Ross was born July 8, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Ronald and Joy (Rollins) Ross. Trent was a concrete finisher for many years. Trent also was successful in motocross and auto racing.
Trent especially loved his family, enjoyed his grandsons, and was a friend to all.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
