Tracy L. Theisen passed peacefully surrounded by her family on July 16, 2017, in Cedar Rapids.
Tracy was born in West Union, Iowa, on Nov. 22, 1949.
Tracy is survived by her husband, Chuck; daughter, Melissa (Shawn) Albert of Palo; sons, Timothy (Shannon) Ryon of Cedar Rapids and Jeff Ryon of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister, Kim (Paul) Miller of Surprise, Ariz.; brother, Norman (Bettina) of Atlanta, Ga.; stepmother, Marge of West Union; previous spouse, Steve Ryon; and 11 grandchildren, Jordan, Hailey, Kayella, Brittany, Christian, Ashlynn, Micaiah, Ellyanna, Gabriella, Makayleigh and Ava Mae.
She was preceded in death by father, Norman; and mother, Ella June.
Tracy will be remembered by family, friends and her care staff as a wonderful person. She was loved and inspired by many.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, July 20, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the celebration to her husband, Chuck.
The family would like to thank Mercy Medical Center and the Penn Center for the care they provided for Tracy.
