Tracy Mae Blackwell, 58, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away peacefully at the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha, on April 8, 2025. Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids, is assisting the family.
Tracy was born August 6, 1966, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, daughter to William “Bill” Robert and Mary Jeanette Zahn. She was united in marriage to Rodney Blackwell in Cedar Rapids, on September 12, 1998.
She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Tracy enjoyed her family, making homemade crafts, bowling, going to the races, and old classic cars.
Tracy is survived by her husband, Rodney Blackwell; children, Wayne (Rachel) Wilkins, Kyle (Megan) Zahn, Jessica (John) Myers, Jacey (Antonie) Blackwell, and Joseph Blackwell; twelve grandchildren, mother, Mary Zahn; three siblings, Cindy (Bob) Sorenson, Stacy (Scott) Taylor, and Kasie (Tim) De Camp; brothers-in-law, Rick (MichaelAnne) Blackwell, and Robby (Patty) Blackwell.
Tracy was preceded in death by her father, William “Bill” Zahn; father-in-law, Bob Blackwell; mother-in-law, Mollie Blackwell, and brother-in-law, Mick Blackwell.
A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.
