Tracy Lee Miller (Novotny) passed away, Sunday, March 20, 2022, at the age of 59, after a sudden illness.
She is lovingly remembered by her parents, Bob and Bonnie Novotny; her brother, Mike Novotny; her children, Zach Novotny, Emily Miller and Brandon Miller; Tracys' former spouse and Brandon and Emily's father, Jerry Miller; and her grandchildren, Evan Novotny and Claira Hartman; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her sister, Randi Jill Novotny; and former partner, Mark Evjen, Zach's father.
Tracy graduated from Washington high school in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She then went on to earn a degree in small engine mechanics from Kirkwood Community College. From there, she furthered her education in clerical medicine at Hamilton Business College.
Tracy was a big lover of country music, thrifting, gardening, fishing and camping. She enjoyed showing people her love by cooking for them. She was an accomplished artist and was featured in the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art.
A private celebration of life was held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Diabetes Association or the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art.
