Diane M. Topinka, 62, of Iowa City, died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City.
