A life so beautiful and filled with joy, deserves special celebration. Please join us as we honor our beloved mother, grandmother, educator and friend Toni Tripp-Reimer, who passed away on Dec. 13, 2021. From her roots in Perry, Iowa, to her military service, to her distinguished academic career, Toni left a poignant and indelible imprint on whomever surrounded her. Toni was the truest definition of unconditional love. Her authenticity, dedication and pure delight spanned her lifetime. Despite ongoing health issues, she remained an invaluable faculty member at the University of Iowa's College of Nursing, and relished hosting sleepovers and birthday parties for her grandchildren. To commemorate her with stories, food and togetherness, seems only befitting of such a remarkable and irreplaceable soul.
The family will host a celebration of her life from noon to 4 p.m. with remarks at 2 p.m. May 21, 2022, at 1630 North Dubuque Rd., in Iowa City.
