Todd Ramon Eagle, age 56, of Billings, Montana, passed away Monday, July 29, 2024, in Billings.

Todd was born February 19, 1968, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Gene Netser and Maxine Eagle. Todd attended school in Buffalo, Wyoming and graduated from high school in Thermopolis, Wyoming. He was united in marriage to Sheila Bledsoe, and they later divorced.
Todd worked as a waiter at Jake’s Downtown Restaurant in Billings. He was an accomplished guitarist and in high school, Todd was a drummer for his band that was invited to the Calgary Stampede on an annual basis. He played at many local establishments in Billings.
He is survived by his sons, Maxwell Eagle of Poplar, Montana, and Mason Eagle of Billings, Montana, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maxine Eagle Doughty in 2007, and his father, Gene Netser in 2015.
