Toby A. Albright, 39, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Independence, died Tuesday evening, Dec. 9, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids.
Toby was born March 12, 1975, in Independence, Iowa, the son of Douglas A. and Joyce E. (Bumbarger) Albright. He was a 1993 graduate of Independence High School, attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, and was employed with Procter & Gamble Co. in Iowa City. On Feb. 10, 2013, he married Vannessa L. Sarver. The couple made their home in Cedar Rapids.
He is survived by his wife, Vannessa; a daughter, Rae Anne Mason, Cedar Falls; his parents, Doug and Joyce Albright, Independence; a brother, Todd Albright, Strawberry Point; and his maternal grandmother, Kay Lee, San Marcos, Calif.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, with the Rev. Craig Votroubek officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.
