TIMOTHY JAMES BAYNE
Monticello
Timothy James Bayne, 51, of Kansas City, Mo., and formerly of Monticello, Iowa, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, at the Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Mo. A memorial service was held on Friday, Nov. 17, at Heritage Presbyterian Church, Olathe, Kan.
Tim is survived by his wife, Sarah Bayne; children, Brianna and Madeline Bayne; brother, Joe (Michele) Bayne of Monticello; sister, Karmen (Ed) Hershey, of Alburnett, Iowa; and his parents, Dennis and Sandra Bayne of Anamosa, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Chester and Earldean Ellison of Anamosa, and Ralph and Wilma Bayne of Monticello.
Tim graduated from Monticello High School and attended the University of Northern Iowa and Hawkeye Tech. Tim married Mary Skelley in 1987; they later divorced. To this union two daughters were born, Brianna and Madeline Bayne. Tim and Sarah Hazlett married in September 2016. Tim was employed with Fastsigns of Overland Park, Kan. Tim participated in mission work, marathon running, fishing, reading and spending time with family and friends.
