Timothy Lee Gorman, 62, of Delhi, died Thursday, April 27, 2017, at his home following a long battle with cancer. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Timothy was born March 17, 1955, the son of William and Virginia (Usher) Gorman in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from Washington High School and was married to Tamara Lyn Koranda on Nov. 30, 1974, in Cedar Rapids. Timothy worked as an urban forester for the city of Cedar Rapids and retired after 34 years of service. He moved to Delhi and enjoyed hunting and fishing and being with his dogs.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Gorman; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces; and his three faithful companions, Hattie, Duff and Penny.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Pat and Mike; and nephew, Adam Gorman.
