Timmy Joe Lee Peterson, 48, of Waterloo, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, July 21, 2018. A celebration of his life was held July 24. Survivors include his fiancee, Cindy Lee; daughter, Alexis Peterson; brothers, Randy Peterson, Brian Peterson and Jason Peterson; his mother, Vivian Peterson; best friend, Bear Steele; big brother from age 10, Johnathan Clemmer; and his two fur babies, Chico and Lita.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Peterson; and his grandmother, Buelah Dayton.
He was born Nov. 8, 1969, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics to Donald and Vivian (Dayton) Peterson. Tim was a great man, a loving partner, friend, brother and father who touched everyone that came into his life. You are missed but will be in our hearts forever.
