Tiffany Michelle Janzen, 30, of Cedar Rapids, went home to be with her LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday Oct. 6, 2016.
A visitation will be held at Stonebridge Church on Sunday, Oct. 9, from 3 to 7 p.m., and one hour preceding services at the church on Monday.
Services will be Monday, Oct. 10, at 1 p.m. at Stonebridge Church, with Pastors Randy Scheil and Robin Tyner officiating. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements made by Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Andreas; beloved sons, Karsten and Alexander; her parents, Ron and Vicki Hornish of Cedar Rapids; her father- and mother-in-law, Peter and Olga Janzen of Heimsheim, Germany; her siblings, Kristine (Scott) Jenkins of Salem, Ore., and Cheryl (Korey) Grow of Huntington, Ind.; sister-in-law, Regina Janzen of Leonberg, Germany; her grandmother, Coral Glenn of Angola, Ind.; and her nieces and nephew, Olivia and Lillian Jenkins, Keeper and Crosley Grow and Marian Janzen of Heimsheim, Germany.
She was preceded in death by her three grandparents and aunt, Brenda Hornish.
Tiffany was born Oct. 15, 1985, in Haarlem, Netherlands, the daughter of Ron and Vicki Hornish. She graduated from Linn-Mar High School in 2004 and Elmhurst College in 2010, with a B.S. in biology. She married the love of her life, Andreas Janzen, on Feb. 20, 2010, in Cedar Rapids.
Tiffany was owner of CrossFit The Challenge. She was an active member of the Stonebridge Church family and volunteered in the children's ministry.
Her smile was beautiful and brightened up every room. Her joy and faith were unending. She was a light in our lives and will be forever missed.
