Thompson, Judith A.
Judith A. Thompson, 62, of Marion, formerly of Sandusky, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy following an extended illness. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Iowa Cremation.
Surviving are her children, Tracy George and husband Chuck of New Castle, Del., Chris Thompson and wife Denise of Sandusky, Ohio, and Sherrie Taube and husband Kris of Marion; her grandchildren, Jessica Wallis, Rogers Wallis, Zane Taube, Sara Taube, Christopher Thompson Jr., Tyler Thompson and Jasmine Thompson; one great-grandson, Jake Ingles; and her siblings, Patty, Jackie, Joey and Mickey.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jimmy.
Judith Ann Thompson was born May 14, 1949, in Sandusky, Ohio, the daughter of Zane and Mary Bly. She was a nurse for over 35 years. She enjoyed gardening and time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family.
