Thomas "Tom" McAleer, 79, of Arvada, Colo., formerly of Monticello, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, Shrine of St. Anne Catholic Church, 58th and Webster streets, Arvada. Entombment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, Colorado. Rosary: 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at the Archdiocese of Denver Mortuary.
Survivors include his wife, Jan McAleer; children, Tim (Mary), Ted, Terry (Ann), Tom (Cheryl) and Matt; brothers, Joe (Shelly), Steve (Marlene) and Dan (Sally); and sisters, Janice Curoe, Mary Jo Roller and Kathy (Dan) Reyner.
He also is survived by eight grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Anna Mae Tiemann, Lucille Swanson, Gladys (Cliff) Payne and Irene (Richard) Nickels; and brother-in-law, Leonard Miller.
