Thomas Elliot Reicher, 28 days, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Funeral service: 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15, at Peace Lutheran Church, Ryan, with the Rev. Burton Everist officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, and one hour before the service Monday at the church. Interment: Fairview Cemetery, Earlville.
