Thomas Elroy Reberry, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, at the age of 67.
Tom was born on Sept. 23, 1950, in Fort Madison, Iowa, to Paul and Alice Reberry. He served proudly in the military as a Marine and then attended Iowa State University, graduating in 1980 with a degree in electrical engineering. He worked at General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas, and then moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, when he was hired by Rockwell Collins. Tom retired in 2017 and relocated to Kearney, Mo., in order to be close to his children and grandchildren. Tom will be remembered for his unconditional love and support of his family, his selflessness, the joy that he brought to those around him and his love of all things Disney.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Heather, her husband, Andrew, and their four children, Drew, Ryan, Joel and Kayla, of Kearney, Mo; son, Sean Reberry, of Columbia, Mo.; and brothers, Mike Reberry and his wife, Linda, and Gordon Reberry and his wife, Debra. He was preceded in death by his father and mother.
Memorial services will be arranged at a later time.
