THOMAS JOSEPH HRADEK

Thomas Joseph Hradek passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2018. Tom was born on Feb. 16, 1940, in Iowa City to Joseph and Adeline (Dvorsky) Hradek.
Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 30, at St. John's Catholic Church in Adel with a funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
Tom is survived by his wife, Carol; his son, Mark; his daughter, Sarah; his brothers, Richard (Paulette), Ted (Pat) and Gary (Sarabeth Stutts); his sisters, Jean (Ivan) Riggle, Judy (Jerry) Richards, Susan (Wayne) Johnson and Connie (Dick) Schooley; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Daryl.
Memorial contributions may be directed St. John's Catholic Church. Online condolences may be left at www.caldwellparrish.com. Arrangements are being made through Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home-McCalley Chapel in Adel.
