Thomas J. Fangman, 80, of Dubuque, passed away Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015, at his daughter's home in Swisher. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at Holy Spirit Parish-Holy Ghost in Dubuque, conducted by the Rev. Kyle Digman. Family will greet friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, at Hoffmann-Schneider and Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Rd., Dubuque. Burial, with military honors by American Legion Post 6, will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Dubuque.
Survivors include his daughters, Pam (Tom) Crum of Swisher, Lori Fangman of Cedar Rapids and Renee Fangman of Chicago; and two grandchildren, Tom and Joe Crum.
