THOMAS DRENNEN DONAHUE

Thomas Drennen Donahue, 62, of Winnemucca, Nev., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, at Humboldt General Hospital in Winnemucca.
Tom was born Feb. 26, 1953, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to John and Ellen Donahue. He graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1971.
He is survived by his sons, Zach Donahue and Tyler (Lexi) Donahue, both of Cedar Rapids; his former wife and mother of his children, Kathy Dulle of Marion; his wife, Wendy Schlyer of Winnemucca; and his brothers, Bob (Barb) Donahue of Canada and Mark Donahue of Durango, Colo.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents.
Tom enjoyed working on and riding his motorcycle. He also was a very talented carpenter.
Family and friends are encouraged to attend a celebration of Tom's life at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, at the Irish Democrat, 3207 First Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.
