Thomas Gordon Davis, 85, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, from cancer.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Visitation begins Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia; children, Mary Martin, Tim (Pat) Davis and Diane (Mick) Alsager; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald "Bud" (Joan) Davis.
Tom was born Nov. 28, 1930, in Cedar Rapids to Donald and Mary Gordon Davis. Tom and Patricia O'Connell were married May 29, 1954, in Fairfax. Tom worked as a machinist for Johnson Gas for over 30 years.
Tom enjoyed fishing and time spent with his family.
