Theresa Jane Otto, 68, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died peacefully on Jan. 17, 2015, in her Plymouth, Minn., residence after a struggle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her elder sister, Helen; her parents and her husband, JC Otto, of 38 years.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael (Jolly) Otto and Tony (Russ) Otto; two grandchildren, Kirstin and Jayden Otto; and her sisters, MaryAnn (Ev) Kelsey, Pat (Paul) Anderson and Kathy (Ken) Webster.
Theresa was born Sept. 22, 1946, in Moline, Ill., the third daughter of the late James and Jenny Danehy of Cedar Rapids. She graduated from LaSalle High School and worked in the banking industry before meeting and marrying her husband, JC, on June 22, 1969.
Theresa enjoyed spending time with family and friends and often traveled to see all.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at SpringHouse Ministry Center, 610 W. 28th St., Minneapolis.
