Theolin Popinger Keeney Rife, born Nov. 14, 1945, passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, after a long battle with dementia.
She is survived by sons, Brad (Terri) Keeney and Robb Keeney; and three grandchildren.
