THELMA A. ANDERSON Cedar Rapids Thelma A. Anderson, 43, of Cedar Rapids, died suddenly Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, of an acute illness at Mercy Medical Center. Memorial services: 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at River of Life Church, 3801 Blairs Ferry Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. Surviving are a brother, Frank; sisters, Sharon (Louis), Celia and Tameka (Rob); father, W.L. Anderson; nephews, Louis (Melissa) and Nate; nieces, Serena, Kimberlyn, Ashlyn and Emily; and sister-in-law, Phelicia. She was preceded in death by her biological mother, adoptive mother, two brothers and one brother-in-law.
