Phyllis Bernice Thein, 66, of Ossian, formerly of Elkader, died Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, at Ossian Senior Hospice.
Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, with visitation one hour before service time. Interment: Garnavillo City Cemetery, Garnavillo.
