Terrence "Terry" John McQuillen, 66, of Mount Vernon, passed away at his home on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Hays of Mount Vernon; his four children, Nikki (Mike) Girling of Bondurant, Vaughn (Shannon) McQuillen of Fort Dodge, Marcia (Matt) Glanz of Manchester and Mitch (Lisa) McQuillen of Anamosa; his mother, Geraldine McQuillen of Charles City; seven grandchildren, Hunter and Hope Girling, Vince Diers, Jackson, Max and Lance McQuillen and Bennett Glanz; his six siblings, Ann (Rick) Kluesner of Edgewood, Sandy (Paul) Sparrow of Zearing, Lisa (Tom Walch) of Holmen, Wis., Lynne (Larry) Beeler of Indianola, Kevin (Julia) McQuillen of Edgewood and Amy (Rodney) Frascht of Charles City; and his dogs, a Bassett Hound, Max, and two Labs, Moose and Sally.
Memorials may be designated in lieu of flowers.

Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Greeley Community Church in Greeley, with Peter Buschmann officiating. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, and one hour before the service at the church on Wednesday.
