Tennis S. Olson, 87, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, June 17, 2018. Tennis was born in Allamakee County on Aug. 1, 1930, to Stanley and Thelma (Anfinson) Olson.
Tennis had a great interest in trains and loved to watch them. He was a baseball fan and he also enjoyed his daily trips to Wendy's with family.
Tennis is survived by his siblings, Edwin Olson, Clarice Kubasa and Charlotte Olson; three nephews; one niece; and one great-niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Miranda.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories, 4200 First Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids. Family will greet friends one hour prior to services, with burial at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
