Teed, Sandra L. 'Sandy'
Sandra L. “Sandy” Teed, 69, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at her home. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion. The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial: Dunkard Cemetery, Toddville.
Survivors include her three children, Tamyre Rounds, Jeff Teed and Lisa (Joey Ralls) Teed, all of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren, Brittany, Jimmy, Randy, Chelsea and Brandon; six great-grandchildren, Cristina, Leah, David, Joseph, Jordan and Dante; and one sister, Linda Trottman, of Kansas.
Sandy was born Feb. 27, 1942, in Lafayette, the daughter of Bernard and Elizabeth (Sietsema) Meyer. She was married to Vohn Teed on Sept. 28, 1962. He died April 26, 2006. Sandy worked in the office for Alliant Energy for 19 years, retiring in 2001.
