Tatro, Betty Lou
Betty Lou Tatro, 84, of Cedar Rapids, passed away July 21, 2011, at her home.
Surviving to honor her memory are her children, James (Krissan) Moss of Naperville, Ill., Janet (Greg) Olson of Cedar Rapids and Jacalyn Moss of Evanston, Ill.; and five grandchildren, Timothy Olson of Celebration, Fla., David Olson of Ames, Catherine and Michael Olson, both of Cedar Rapids, and Alex Moss of Naperville, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Edward Tatro.
Betty was born Sept. 24, 1926, in McLeansboro, Ill., to Elwood and Nellie (Sayers) Reeder. She married Edward Tatro on Oct. 1, 2005, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Betty will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Aug. 3 at The International House of the University of Chicago (1414 E. 59th St., Chicago, IL 60637).
Iowa Cremation is in charge of her last wishes and online condolences may be left for the family at under obituaries.
