Tartorius was born July 31, 1975, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Helen Allen and Victor Robinson. Tory was a great son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He loved with all his heart and was always there for anyone who needed him. He was an amazing cook and loved to cook every chance he had. Tory was our peacemaker, our therapist, someone you could call day or night, and he would be there. He was loved by everyone he came across. Tory was the type of person who would give you the clothes off his back, feed your family, give you money, all without bragging. He did great things, and he will always be in our hearts.
Tory worked at Hilton as a cook. He was very passionate about cooking and was an excellent chef. When he was not working, he loved to go fishing and cooking with family. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and was always up for an adventure.
Tory worshipped at Bethel AME, and his faith was an essential part of his life. He found comfort and solace in his religious community and was an active member of the church.
Tory leaves behind his mother Helen Allen, father Victor Robinson, his children Tartorius Allen Jr., Diamond Allen, Tartoriauna Allen, Jayceon Allen, Tartoria Allen, Natorious Allen and Jakari Allen. He is also survived by his siblings, Kiabela Allen, Sherocco Allen, Sylvia Allen, Leslie Allen, Aisha Conley, Filipe Westmoreland, Chenelle Horton, Marcus Jones, Shawana Jones, Martisha Robinson, Raven Robinson, Jamal Robinson, Sparkle Robinson, Darnell Robinson, Devonte Robinson, Donte Robinson, Steven Allen, DeShawn McGrone and Shawn Robinson.
He was preceded in death by grandmothers Sylvia Allen and Frenchie Robinson, niece Angel Allen, and grandson Deon Downs Jr.
