Tarbox, II
Harold R. Tarbox II, 44, of Maquoketa, formerly of Olin, Iowa, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at his parents' home in Olin.
A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Lahey Funeral Home in Olin, with the Rev. Nathan Loehr officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lahey Funeral Home in Olin. Burial will be in the Olin Cemetery, Olin, Iowa.
Harold Ray Tarbox II was born October 30, 1965 in Anamosa, Iowa, the son of Harold and Lorna (Strack) Tarbox, Sr. He graduated from Olin High School in 1985. He worked at DAC in Maquoketa four years and enjoyed collecting toy tractors.
He is survived by his parents, Harold and Lorna Tarbox Sr. of Olin; brothers and sisters, Terri Petersen and Tina (John) Sterbenz of Low Moor, Barry (Brenda) Petersen of Davenport, Tony Petersen of Clinton, and Heather Fall of Low Moor.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one sister, Lori, on December 29, 2003.
