Left to honor her life are her sons, Jeremy and Chad Hay; parents, Donald and Beverly Busenbark; siblings, Kelly (Steven) Gorkow and David Busenbark; her honorary sister, Cheri Sheronick; and Tami's beloved grandchildren, Maddie and Lyndon.
