Tammy Marie Hood, 26, the daughter of Dee (Offerman) and Ben Kent and Darryl Hood, passed away Oct. 8, 2014, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, surrounded by her family and friends.
Tammy will be incredibly missed by her parents; three sisters, Jenny (Steven) Broghammer, Ashley Hood and fiance Brian Miller and Kimberly Hood and significant other Jordan Hoffmann; two stepbrothers, Casey (Tricia) Kent and Jesse Kent; a nephew, Caleb Broghammer; two step-nieces, Natalie and Hannah; two grandmothers, Marie Hood and Doris Offerman; a step-grandmother, Sandy Kent; many aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; her McDonalds' co-workers and countless friends.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, by Father Joseph Schneider. Visitation: 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Manchester where there will be a 1 p.m. Scripture service. Friends also may call after 9 a.m. Monday at the church until service time. Interment: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester.
