Tammy S. Cecak, 51, of Tama, was born May 9, 1964, and passed away Jan. 6, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Tammy lost her battle with cancer and will be greatly missed by her husband, children, 14 grandchildren, mother, sister and her friends.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Kenny, and her sister, Joann.
It was her wish to be cremated and there will be no public services.
