Szymanski, Norma E.
Norma E. Szymanski, 87, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at Silver Pines, Cedar Rapids. Services: 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her sisters, stepdaughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother and sisters.
Norma was born Dec. 13, 1925, in Minnesota, daughter of Roy and Rose (Flattum) Brown. She married Frank Szymanski in 1960.
A memorial fund has been established.
