SUZANNE "SUSIE" M. BROWN

Suzanne "Susie" M. Brown, 70, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital. Per Susie's wishes, there will be no services.
Susie is survived by her husband, Walter Brown; son, Vernon L. Wolter; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her sister, Lynette Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Susie was born April 19, 1946, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Frank and Beulah (Pierce) Gorup. She married Walter W. Brown on Jan. 15, 1977, in Cedar Rapids. Susie worked at the Dragon Restaurant in Cedar Rapids for 30 years as a waitress. In her spare time, she enjoyed crosswords and puzzles.
