Susan McConnell, 79, of Solon, passed away unexpectedly on April 26, 2025.
A gathering for family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025 at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.
Sue is survived by her children Marc McConnell (Laura) and Don McConnell (Debi); siblings Steve Beaver, Jody Beaver, Jan Vedepo, Alan Beaver and Andy Beaver; as well as grandchildren Thane, Kelsey, Nathan, Aidan, Riley, Kallie and Riley; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry; and beloved sister-in-law, Jo (Bob) Sanders.
