Suits, Anna 'Annie'
Anna “Annie” Suits, 84, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at home following a short illness. Annie was a long time resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Poland. She received citizenship to the United States on August 24, 1956.
Survivors include her best friend, Buddy; sister-in-law, Diann Casher; and niece, Ann Marie of Colorado.
Annie was preceded in death by husband, Dick Suits.
She retired from Al's Red Frog and was a member of the Red Hats.
There will be a celebration of life from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Al's Blue Toad on 16th Avenue. Everyone is welcome. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
