Strand, Jon Milton
Jon Milton Strand, 61, died Friday, April 2, 2010 after a long illness. He lived in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area from 1970 to 1991 where he worked for Farmstead Foods for over 20 years.
He is survived by his mother, Virginia, and wife, Jackie, both of Welch, Minn.; daughters, Gina Strand and Kim (AJ) Burritt and granddaughter, Megan, all of Marion, Iowa; and four brothers, Alan, Mark, Steve, and Lee. He was preceded in death by his father, Milton.
Services: Wednesday at 11 a.m., Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, Welch. Visitation Tuesday at the church from 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Arrangements: Lundberg Funeral Home, 507-263-4246,
