Stout, Beverly Ann

Funeral services for Beverly Ann Stout, 58, of West Branch, who died Thursday, March 29, 2012, will be held Monday, April 2, at 10:30 a.m. at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, with Pastor Richard Paulus officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Tipton Masonic Cemetery.

Beverly was born Aug. 7, 1953, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Glenn and Henrietta Anna Giebelstein Beiermann. Beverly was raised in the West Branch area and was a 1971 graduate of West Branch High School. On May 29, 1971, Beverly was united in marriage to Wayne Carl Stout in West Branch. She worked for Westinghouse, NCS, NCS-Pearson, Vangent and ACT for the past 27 years.

Beverly loved working in her garden with her flowers. She enjoyed time with her dogs. Trips to the riverboats were also greatly enjoyed. Her favorite holiday of the year was Christmas. She also enjoyed following her sons' athletics as they grew up.

Beverly is loved and missed by her husband, Wayne Stout of West Branch; sons, Rich (Kathy) Stout and Scott Stout, both of West Branch; and her dog, Odie.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family wishes to thank Iowa City Hospice for all the care and support through Beverly's illness.
