Stirler, Kandace 'Kandy' K.
Kandace “Kandy” K. Stirler, 62, of Reinbeck, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012, at Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center while under the care of Cedar Valley Hospice. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Reinbeck, with pastors Bruce Boyce and Gary Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, March 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. at French-Hand Funeral Home in Reinbeck. Burial will follow funeral services at the Reinbeck Cemetery.
Surviving her are her two sisters, Jane Stirler of Cedar Rapids and Reinbeck and Karen Stirler of Cedar Rapids; aunts, LaVon Keese of Des Moines and Helga Stirler and LaVonne Stirler of Reinbeck; and many cousins.
Kandy was preceded in death by her parents, Wally and Nadine; her grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
